Our A/C tanked yesterday and we had to scramble to not only remedy the situation, but to do some research and comparative shopping in record speed.

We were very pleased with the results and since many of you may face the same situation in the near future (hopefully not, but realistically …), Ricotta Heating & Air was fantastic.

A family owned business since the 1950’s, Ricotta was the most responsive, the most knowledgeable, and well priced of all, including friends in the business. The owner was at my house within a ½ hour of my calling and the installation was complete almost exactly 24 hours later! (Very neat and clean & hauled away)

By the way, they are available 24/7, $50 service call, never overtime for weekends.

Finding and Correcting Potentially Dangerous Situations

We had a new furnace installed in our home on Nov. 18th, 2004 Greg Andrada and your installer Jason were the ones who did the inspection and installation. We had a dangerous situation with our old furnace as the flue was not connected properly and that it was venting into the attic. After they inspected the attic, Greg told us to not use the furnace until the new unit was installed. He also brought us 2 heaters to use in the meantime. They installed the new furnace, put in a complete new flue.

We are very pleased with our new system! We cannot say enough about our 2 representatives in regards to their public relations, thoroughness, promptness and complete professionalism. We would highly recommend your company to anyone.
